We’re hiring web developers

We have several websites, web applications, facebook applications and mobile applications, and we make new ones every few weeks. Come join our team and work on products that will be used by millions of people.

You should have at least 2+ years of experience or comprehensive knowledge of the following:

  • Ruby on Rails 3 and above — expert level with knowledge of best practices
  • Javascript/JQuery-based UI interaction coding — expert level
  • HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3 — intermediate to expert level
  • MySQL or PostgreSQL — intermediate level
  • Use of git — branching, merging, etc.
  • Familiarity with Memcache, Amazon S3, Heroku, RESTful architecture, Twitter Bootstrap
  • Using web services through RESTful APIs
  • Common conventions and best practices in web development and design patterns.

What you will be doing:

  • Making new websites, web applications, facebook applications and mobile sites by writing the Rails based backend, front-end html, css and javascript.
  • Improving Web applications and Facebook applications.
  • Making existing websites mobile browser compliant.
  • Creating prototypes, mockups and landing pages for new product/service ideas that we wish to test.
  • Having fun doing creative work that will be seen by millions of our users.
